Who We Are

(and Why You’ll Probably Like Us)

We’re Max’s Welding Supplies, a local, family-owned company that’s been hauling gas and good humor around Kansas for decades. We’re the folks that keep welders welding, torches burning, and shop coffee pots full.

Right now, we’re looking for a solid CDL/Hazmat driver — the kind of person who takes pride in doing things the right way, keeps their rig clean, and doesn’t need three reminders to turn in a delivery ticket.

If you value safety, loyalty, and integrity (and maybe a good dad joke now and then), you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll

Actually Be Doing

• Deliver compressed gas cylinders and welding supplies to customers who actually want to see you show up.
• Load and unload cylinders like a pro (because we know you already do).
• Keep your truck, paperwork, and attitude clean and organized.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections — because we all know what happens if you don’t.
• Smile, wave, and represent Max’s like it’s your own name on the door.
• Occasionally, help out in the shop, because teamwork makes the dream (and deliveries) work.

What We

Need From You

• Minimum requirement Class B CDL (Hazmat gets you a gold star).
• No Hazmat yet? You’ll need it within 30 days.
• Clean driving record — no speeding tickets that require a lawyer.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs (you’ll get strong, but you probably already are).
• Pass a DOT physical and drug screen (this ain’t Woodstock).
• Show up. Every day. On time. With a good attitude. That’s half the job right there.
